The 23rd Precinct is the precinct police station at which Matt Bluestone, Elisa Maza, and Maria Chavez work. It is also the base of the Clock Tower, former home to the Manhattan Clan. After the events of the Hunter's Moon, it is also be the headquarters of the Gargoyle Taskforce, headed by Matt Bluestone, advised by Margot Yale. Aside from the GTF, it presumably sees regular Manhattan police work.
