Cam Clarke (born Cameron A. Clarke on November 6, 1957 in Burbank, California) is a prolific American voice actor who provided several voices on Gargoyles. He also voiced Dean Collins on W.I.T.C.H.. He has provided voices for numerous films, television series, anime dubs and video games, but says his favourite role was as Die Fledermaus on the superhero spoof series The Tick, which aired between September 1994 and November 1996.

He provided the voices for both Leonardo and Rocksteady on the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon (which also included voice work from Rob Paulsen, Peter Renaday, James Avery and Pat Fraley).

He is occasionally credited as Cam Clark, Jimmy Flinders, James Flinders or Jimmy Flanders.
