Evil Ninjas
The Evil Ninjas were the fictional enemies of the Pack in their television series of the same name. Being antagonists for a show-within-a-show, they largely appeared to be faceless individuals with little to no character development (quite the opposite of the antagonists within the true show, Gargoyles). The quite ridiculous concept of the faction was played for laughs a few times in the only episode in which they were mentioned, The Thrill of the Hunt. On one occasion, Wolf convinced Billy and Susan that the gargoyles were minions of the Evil Ninjas.
One of the actors playing an Evil Ninja was identified as Harvey, and seemed to be on friendly terms with members of the Pack. One can assume that he believed them to be only actors as well.
A group of real "Evil Ninjas" appeared in the episode Bushido.
