Kate Mulgrew is an American actor who lent her voice to two Gargoyles characters. She is probably best known for her role as Captain Kathryn Janeyway from Star Trek: Voyager, but Greg Weisman first became a fan of hers as Mary Ryan in the ABC soap opera Ryan's Hope.
