Morgan Morgan is a police officer in the NYPD, and a current member of the Gargoyle Task Force.
History
A police officer in the 23rd precinct, and close friend of Elisa's. He has sighted the gargoyles on various occasions.
On Halloween, 1996, he asked Elisa out on a date.
