Tribal Police

So I just finished watching "Cloud Fathers" and "Her Brother's Keeper," the two eps with the most Peter Maza dialogue, and I didn't see or hear anything that mentioned Carlos working for the Tribal Police. Figuring it might be un-tagged Canon-in-Training, I've also searched the best I can through the AskGreg archives, but have found very little. Is there another episode I'm forgetting that mentions this detail or does anyone know where/when this CiT was first revealed? --Pheon 22:16, 11 January 2015 (PST)
