Bruce Locke is an American actor, born and raised in Oregon. He provided the voice of Yama in "Bushido". He is best known for his role as Otomo in Robocop 3 (his favourite role) and as Shang Tsung in Mortal Kombat Conquest (Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, who took over the voice of Yama in the Bad Guys leica reel, also played Shang Tsung in the Mortal Kombat 1995 movie).
