Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina, located in the northeast part of the country on the western shores of the River de la Plata.
History
In July 1997, Avalon sent Jade and Turquesa there shortly after Demona stole the lancehead of Gugnir from Anapaula Aguilar's private collection. ("Questions")
