The Phoenix is a gigantic, bird of fire.
History
When the disolving Phoenix Gate appeared in front of Brooklyn in 997, the giant bird exploded out of it as the gargoyle was about to touch the Gate.The phoenix swallowed Brooklyn, transporting him to Scotland in the year 997.
After the Battle of Rathveramoen, the phoenix appeared once again to whisk Brooklyn, Mary, and Finella through time. For the next forty years, the phoenix carried Brooklyn through time, before finally returning him back to Manhattan forty seconds after his departure, along with Katana, Nashville, Fu-Dog, and their egg.
Characteristics
The phoenix appears as a gigantic sized bird of flame. Apparently, it lived inside the Phoenix Gate. The origins of this creature as still unknown.
