Rudolph William Louis "Rudy" Giuliani (1944 -) was the mayor of New York City from 1994 to 2001. David Xanatos called him to personally apologize for the damages caused to the city when the commandos "attacked" the Eyrie Building. ("Awakening Part Three") He and the Chief of Police were later "duking it out" over the budget that would be allotted for the Gargoyle Taskforce. ("Invitation Only")
After leaving office, he never did anything of note ever again. Ever again.
