Phil Travanti is an officer in the NYPD.
History
Travanti has been Officer Morgan Morgan's partner since at least 1994. In October, 1996 he was made a member of the Gargoyle Taskforce.

Travanti was first seen in "Temptation" in 1994, however his name was not revealed until "Invitation Only" was released in 2007.
