Rob Paulsen is an American voice actor who provided the voice Helios in the episode "The New Olympians".
Prior to Gargoyles, he voiced Raphael on the 1987 Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon (which also included regular voice work from Cam Clarke, Peter Renaday, James Avery and Pat Fraley).
Rob provided the voice for the title character of Mighty Max, which also included voice work from Tony Jay, Tim Curry, Frank Welker, Kath Soucie and Tress MacNeille.
He also voiced Steelbeak on Darkwing Duck and provided additional voices for Freakazoid!.
