Emma Samms (born Emma Samuelson on 28 August 1960) is a British television actress. She provided the voice of Gruoch in the "City of Stone" four-part episode.
As revealed in the DVD commentary for the episode, Emma Samms had never done any voice-acting work before Gargoyles. She improved incredibly quickly over the course of recording the four episodes, from being initially quite "stiff" in "City of Stone" Part One to providing a powerhouse performance in "City of Stone" Part Four (in particular, the scene in which Gruoch bids final farewell to Macbeth).
