Valerie Minh is an airline crew chief who was present at LaGuardia Airport when Demona arrived with the Three New Keys to Power on her quest to enslave the entire human race.
Demona ordered Minh to commandeer a luxery jet so she could spread her influence across the planet faster but was interrupted by the arrival of the Manhattan Clan. ("Queen of All She Surveys")
