The Specialized Belt Buckle was worn by Demona in order to smuggle Micro-Electric Mosquitos into the Labyrinth. It was designed to carry at least five of the mosquitos and Demona would release them one at a time, when a member of the Manhattan Clan, who's DNA she sought to acquire, was present.
