Mister Acme is the technician and weaponsmith whom Vinnie employed to build "Mr. Carter" for him in the episode Vendettas.
Real World Background
Mr. Acme's name is a reference to Acme, Wile E. Coyote's supplier for various (unreliable) roadrunner-catching equipment in Warner Brother cartoons.
