Are we sure Broadway said that line? It could've been anyone. Was it in the radio play script? If so, my apologies. -- Matt 08:37, 31 December 2007 (CST)
- I was Broadway in the Radio Play, and I delivered that line. - Greg B
- LOL, oh yeah, I forgot about that. Well, then I'd guess you'd know best! Sorry 'bout that. -- Matt 08:40, 31 December 2007 (CST)
On Broadway's cameo in "Spectacular Spider-Man"; I saw two Broadway-like gargoyles in the shot in the beginning and one Hudson. Didn't see one that looked like Goliath. That's not to say this wasn't the case, but are we sure there was a Goliath in that shot? (I don't suppose anyone taped it and has the capabilities to make a screenshot.) -- Demonskrye 09:18, 9 March 2008 (CDT)
- There was a Goliath. He had extra horns and no hair, but the face was very much Goliath.
- I dunno. I checked the scene on YouTube and as far as I can tell, there's a gargoyle who looks very much like Hudson and two identical gargoyles who look rather like Broadway. I don't see how either of them looks more like Goliath than the other. (There's also a fourth gargoyles, but you never see its head.) If the rest of the wiki editors think there are three individual gargoyles, I won't contest it. But I really don't see that one of the gargoyles looks anything like Goliath. -- Demonskrye 06:42, 10 March 2008 (CDT)
- I'm not sure if there is any need for individual gargoyles to be identified at all, particularly on those gargoyles' pages. How about either putting a section on Greg Weisman's page about references/parodies he has done in other works (WITCH, JLA, The Spectacular Spider-man, etc.) OR simply create a new page dealing with references/parodies. I mean, whatever those gargoyles look like, the one that looks like Broadway ISN'T Broadway, so why mention it on Broadway's page? -- Matt 07:46, 10 March 2008 (CDT)
- I have a higher rez download, and the third gargoyle definitely resembles Goliath more than Broadway, he just has extra horns and no hair. But it's his face and ears. I checked with Jennifer "CrzyDemona" Anderson, who is a Post Production Assistant on the show, and she confirmed it. -- Greg B
