The Cayman Islands is an island territory of the United Kingdom. They comprise of three islands in the Caribbean Sea south of Cuba.

Judge Ian Roebling has an off-shore account based on the islands, one that David Xanatos has deposited a substantial amount into. ("New Rules")

Real World Background

The name "Cayman" is based of the Arawak-Taíno word "Arawak-Taíno", meaning crocodile, which were prevalent in the area. In 1503, Christopher Columbus named the islands Las Tortugas for the turtles he and his crew saw, but the name failed to stick. [1]

The islands are considered the most notorious tax haven in the world, with at least twenty thousand businesses engaging in off-shore accounts. [2]
