Can anybody please help me? I'm having two problems.
First of all, I'm having trouble logging in. Every time I log in, I have to get a new password. I am not forgetting my password at all, but the website for some reason never accepts what I type in. This has happened every time I've logged in, I keep having to get a new password, then change it to the password that I've been using, then getting a new one all over again. I really don't know why I can't log in normally.
Second, the New Message Alert appears at the top of almost every page on the Wiki, inside a bright yellow bar, and even though I have read and deleted the message over a month ago, I can't turn the New Message Alert off, and it has not gone away on its own.
