Organic?

So while searching the AskGreg archives for a source, I instead stumbled upon a response from Greg stating the reverse: that Owen's hand is actual stone. Now, naturally we're talking about Canon-in-Training -- Greg could have changed his mind since he wrote that in February 2000, but I haven't been able to find it so far (I looked already his ramble on The Price, as well the drafts he posted for the episode back in 2002). Greg's relevant 2007 entry from This Day in Gargoyles' Universe History likely confirms the actual stone CIT, but I guess one could argue that perhaps Greg wasn't overly specific on the details of Owen's stone hand). So now I'm wondering, was the organic tidbit ever revealed at a Gathering (and I just haven't found a ConJournal that mentions it)? --Pheon 21:54, 8 February 2015 (PST)

I really seem to remember it being organic. Like, I recall myself or someone asking this question specifically and Greg said it was organic. However, if we can't back that up with a record then I guess we should change it. I'd like to ask Greg about it though. Especially because I think it is cooler if it is organic "stone". -- Matt 16:51, 9 February 2015 (PST)
I don't feel strongly about it either way. Can't find the signature button, so -- gdw
Thanks for checking in on this Greg! So if there is no definitive answer, then (for the time being) maybe we could just switch the phrasing from "more accurately" to "possibly" (or something like that) and cite both the February 2000 post and this page. --Pheon 23:00, 10 February 2015 (PST)
