Matt Frewer (born January 4, 1958 in Washington, D.C.) is a stage, TV and movie actor with dual citizenship in Canada and the United States of America. He provided the voice of Jackal in Gargoyles, but he is perhaps best known for portraying the surreal, stuttering AI Max Headroom. He played Berlingoff Rasmussen on an episode of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
