Quincy Hemings is the Chief Steward at the White House and one of the Number Twos of the Illuminati.
History
In "Bash" he told David Xanatos that he has been on the White House staff since the administration of Theodore Roosevelt, and he has held his current position since the Lyndon B. Johnson administration.
