Are hatch dates canon?  I don't recall that the particular years in which eggs hatch or the amount of time the whole cycle takes have ever been mentioned in a canon source.  If it has, then i think it's fair to assume that True is from the youngest generation alive at the time.  If not, her hatch date and a lot of others should probably be CIT. -- [[User:Demonskrye|Demonskrye]] 08:48, 26 August 2009 (CDT)

:Well. The year is 997. The previous hatch year was 978 and the one before that was 958. If she was hatched in 958, she'd be as old as the Trio (essentially a teenager), so it must be 978 through deductive reasoning. Plus, Greg has mentioned this date. I'm not sure if that all makes it canon or not, but it seems to be obvious that it must be. I dunno. -- [[User:Matt|Matt]] 19:56, 26 August 2009 (CDT)

Landon just revealed (under the spoiler tags for the new comics stuff) that True is the gargoyle in Demona's clan who suggests holding a Wind Ceremony and that the two beasts are Bronx's biological parents. Is this sufficient to add it to the wiki or should we wait to confirm it on Ask Greg when Greg gets back? -- Demonskrye 11:12, 23 August 2009 (CDT)

New info from the Gathering is that True has a rookery brother in Demona's Clan who also stayed behind during the battle. Do you think it';s fair to conclude that he's the little green guy standing next to her? -- Demonskrye 07:26, 25 August 2009 (CDT)

I'm the one who asked Greg both about Bronx's biological parents and True's parentage. He replied clearly about it to the whole Blue Mug, so that is CiT. As for the little green gargoyle, yes, Greg also said he is True's rookery brother. -- Matt 11:46, 25 August 2009 (CDT)
This is where the whole "canon or canon-in-training" ting starts to drive me nuts. The facts that there was a young female gargoyle in Demona's Clan with tan skin and white hair is canon. But that gargoyle being "True," a former member of the Wyvern Clan and then the Wyvern Splinter Clan is canon-in-training. So is the article itself canon or CIT? -- Demonskrye 12:52, 25 August 2009 (CDT)
I see the problem, but the gargoyle herself does exist and we are all calling her True, so she is a canon character. The fact that she is Hudson's daughter is, of course, CiT, but evidence seems to indicate that all members of the particular cell were Wyvern Clan members which means her membership there is canon, I think. -- Matt 12:56, 25 August 2009 (CDT)
Maybe the part about Hudson's daughter can be in the blue text? Just for consistency's sake. DTaina 12:58, 25 August 2009 (CDT)
It is. I changed it. I'm going to give this, and several other articles, a hard going-over sometime soon, but the article works pretty well for now. Thanks for the pic! -- Matt 12:59, 25 August 2009 (CDT)
You're welcome! Also, I think the first sentence in the article needs to be changed. "True was a gargoyle of the Wyvern Clan" is true, but she was also a member of Demona's clan. DTaina 13:02, 25 August 2009 (CDT)
