That mention was not in Issue #7, it was way back in "Awakening" when Goliath's stone sleep purged his body of the concoction in the dart that the Xanatos Goon Squad shot at him. It made him all weak and sleepy, but stone sleep completely took it away. Elisa said, "That {something I don't remember} seems to have worn off."
