Stone of Jerusalem

The Stone of Jerusalem was one of the names of the Stone of Destiny. ("Rock of Ages")

Presumably, the Stone of Destiny was referred to as the Stone of Jerusalem during a period in the Stone's history when it was kept at Jerusalem in the time between the Exodus and it being taken to Ireland by the prophet Jeremiah.
