Iago in "High Noon"

So Dbdude01 raises an interesting point that Iago expresses feeling vengeful to Demona in "High Noon" when at this point (if he was dormant throughout Coldstone's interactions with Demona in "Reawakening" per Greg's clarification here) he last knew his rookery sister as Goliath's mate/second-in-command.

That said, looking at the "High Noon" story memo, GregW wrote that when it came to Demona's side of the greeting, it didn't matter if she was aware or not of Coldstone's split personalities -- while under the Weird Sisters' geas the plan was still intended to be the same for Macbeth and Demona even if Othello took control. Unfortunately, the story memo doesn't take much note on Iago's POV here, and the only bit from AskGreg that I found (so far) for Demona and Iago's pre-massacre interactions that seems related is GregW's ramble for "Legion", where he ponders that Iago at one point tried to make Demona jealous of Desdemona vis-à-vis Goliath, but Demona "doesn't credit it for a second", giving some history that Demona personally knows what Iago's like (given that his banishment would likely have been something the whole clan to be aware of). But again, that's Demona's take on Iago, leaving Iago's quickly confiding his feelings of vengeance, um, 'unaccounted for'? (Not really sure if that's the right phrase to use.) Maybe he's just the opportunistic sort, thinking he had to convince Demona when he took over? Are we failing to give the Weird Sisters more credit to Coldstone's part in this ep (they did possess Desdemona in the same ep)? I don't know, I'm speculating now . . . anyone able to make some/better sense out of this? --Pheon 00:09, 30 November 2015 (PST)
