Viet Nam

Viet Nam is a one-party socialist republic comprising of fifty-eight provinces and five administrative municipalities. It is located in southeastern Asia and is bordered by China in the north and Laos and Cambodia to the west.
In the mid-20th Century, Jeffrey Robbins was blinded while fighting there in the Vietnam War. ("A Lighthouse in the Sea of Time")
