Sevarius didn't have his notes, the Cyberbiotics lab probably didn't have all the chemicals or equipment he needed, and he was pressing Talon to drink the serum, since Talon wanted him dead. Well, I gave my stated reasons. Sevarius didn't have his notes, the Cyberbiotics lab probably didn't have all the chemicals or equipment he needed, and he was pressing Talon to drink the serum, since Talon wanted him dead.
