Dave is a human and the owner of Dave's Ball and Stick, a pool hall in Manhattan.
History
Dave was one of Tony Dracon's "clients" for his protection racket scheme. When Elisa posed as a cop gone bad to smoke out Dracon, she harassed Dave in order to get him to contact the gangster. ("Protection")
