History
The Redemption Squad stayed in the Casablanca Hotel during their trip to New York on New Year's Eve, 1996. While there, they only used the top floor and had restricted access. ("Estranged")
Dingo stayed in room 1301, Yama in 1303, Matrix in 1305, and Hunter in 1307. This seems to indicate that the building has thirteen floors. There is also a platform on the roof allowing the helicopter Redemption to land atop the building.
