Jesus was a human from Nazareth. Some people believe that Jesus was more than human.
History
In 997, Finella invoked the name of Jesus after Brother Valmont used the Grimorum Arcanorum to cast the Rain of Death Spell. ("Phoenix")
Real World Background
Production Background
Given how highly unlikely that Jesus would feature in the series, not much thought (as of 2000) has been given as to figuring Jesus's nature in the Gargoyles Universe. As Greg Weisman put it, "there was no point in even proposing stories that we knew we could never get on the air." [1][2][3]
