Okay, like Lunette, we have nothing to prove that Old Pog ever appeared in this issue. It is possible, but not certain. I feel uncomfortable putting that up as canon without a confirmation from the comic or at least a nod of approval from Greg. -- Matt 14:52, 29 March 2008 (CDT)
I think it's more than likely that those two stone gargoyles are Pog and Lunette. Judging by the way Greg positions the panels in the last two comics, everything basically logically fits together. The fact that the picture with the two unknown stone gargoyles comes right between the panels with Staghart describing them, seems to be pretty strong evidence to me. Two random un-named gargoyles wouldn't make much sense positioned there.
It would probably be a good idea to ask Greg anyway though, but it just seems obvious to me.--PGFish 15:20, 29 March 2008 (CDT)
- I think you are probably right, but writing something as canon because it "seems obvious" seems risky to me. I've asked Greg over at Ask Greg, so hopefully we'll have confirmation soon. -- Matt 15:37, 29 March 2008 (CDT)
- I'm with Matt on this. I d believe you're right that the two stone gargoyles are Pog and Lunette, but it's not at the point where I feel it is definite. I'm generally wary of putting assumptions into the wiki; I'm only comfortable saying that Elisa is probably dead by 2198, since if she lives a normal human lifespan, she would be, but in the Gargoyles universe, that's not a certainty. If my hunch that Amp mentions Pog and Lunnete by name because Lex (and probably Hudson) met those two individuals earlier, we'll probably know one way or the other once issue #9 comes out. Until then, their identities are just a theory. -- Demonskrye 16:44, 29 March 2008 (CDT)
