Minotaur was a New Olympian.
History
Minotaur was once the Chief of Security on New Olympus. He was murdered by Proteus when the shape-shifter attempted to escape the island. His son, Taurus succeeded him as Chief of Security. Proteus has taken the form of Minotaur from his prison cell to aggravate Taurus. ("The New Olympians")
