I think this is a Gummi Bear, but it might be Batman. I don't think anyone knows at this point.

Adventures of the Gummi Bears is an American animated television series created by Jymn Magon and produced by Walt Disney Television Animation and was loosely based off the gummy bear candy.

The series is set in a fantasy version of the medieval time which besides being full of magic also has beings known as the Gummi Bears.

The show was included on the first line up of the Disney Afternoon.

Significance to Gargoyles

Back when the series was planned as a comedy, it was closer in tone to Gummi Bears, but in a modern world rather than the medieval times. [2][3]

Coincidentally, a Season One episode, "Night of the Gargoyle", featured a villainous gargoyle who awakened from stone sleep during the night of the full moon.
