Ishmael "Moby" Wong is a teenage bully who, alongside another Wanna-be Quarryman, attempted to terrorize Terry Chung, Billy and Susan Greene along with Gnash on Halloween in 1997. They didn't appear to be full members of the Quarrymen but wore their uniforms, albeit without hoods or helmets.
