The armed robber is a human criminal who who robbed Mr. Jaffe's grocery store at gunpoint repeatedly. At least three times in one month.
Shortly after the Manhattan Clan swore to protect Manhattan, they tracked down the armed robber and "encouraged him" to return the money he stole and turn himself in.
