Armed Robber
The armed robber is a human criminal who robbed Mr. Jaffe's grocery store at gunpoint repeatedly, at least three times in February 1995, alone. [1]
Shortly after the Manhattan Clan swore to protect Manhattan, they tracked down the armed robber and "encouraged him" to return the money he stole and turn himself in. ("Reawakening")
