Officer Morgan - Full name: Morgan Morgan.
History
A police officer in the 23rd precinct, and close friend of Elisa’s. He has sighted the gargoyles on various occasions. He may be Elisa’s date in the Halloween double date, but this is as yet an uncertainty.
