Diane Duane is an American science fiction and fantasy author who wrote the teleplays for a few episodes of Gargoyles, along with her husband Peter Morwood.
Diane Duane was one of the namesakes for the character of Lydia Duane.[1]
She has also written numerous Star Trek novels, as well as Star Trek comics, TV episodes, audio plays, and even a video game. She co-wrote an episode of The Next Generation ("Where No One Has Gone Before") with Michael Reaves.
