Where did the information come from that the Space-Spawn do not refer to themselves as such? - I've also found this response, so now my assumption is that Space-Spawn is their name for themselves, but it has acquired perjorative connotations among Nokkar's people (similar, I guess, to the connotations we now apply to the word Nazi).
