:It is certainly canon that Xanatos SAID that the Magus wrote the story down, but is totally debatable whether the Magus actually did it or not. We did see the Magus writing in the book after Wyvern and we have no real reason to doubt Xanatos' claim, and yet he could've easily been totally or partially lying to Goliath and the Clan. He could've found out about them from Mary and/or Demona, but made up the story about the Magus writing it down to avoid telling the gargoyles the truth. -- [[User:Matt|Matt]] 23:20, 18 May 2013 (PDT)

:::Well according to this response from Greg ([http://www.s8.org/gargoyles/askgreg/search.php?qid=7508]), the Magus did write an account in the Grimorum.  So Xanatos's mention of it in "Awakening" Part Two as well as the Magus writing in the Grimorum in "Avalon" Part One could be enough to make this canon, but I'm also okay with tagging the account (as well as what's ''in'' that account) as canon-in-training . . . --[[User:Phoenician|Pheon]] 00:16, 19 May 2013 (PDT)

Eventually, I'd love for us to do something of a revamp of this page with a histroy section much like we see here, but also a list of each spell we've seen from the Grimorum with the latin incantation, translation and any relevant info on each spell. When we do this, I want to make sure we incorporate this information: http://www.s8.org/gargoyles/askgreg/search.php?qid=12608 --Matt 11:15, 19 October 2010 (CDT)

Excellent, I've been looking forward to your planned revamp for some time now. --GregX 01:54, 20 October 2010 (CDT)
Does it need a revamp, or just a new section added to the bottom of the page? Either way, I wholeheartedly support. -- Supermorff 13:13, 3 November 2010 (CDT)

The Magus' account

Is it Canon in Training, or just Canon, that the Magus wrote down an account of how he had cursed the survivors of the Wyvern Clan in the Grimorum? Xanatos mentioned in "Awakening, Part Two" that that was how he had learned about the castle and the gargoyles, so I'd consider it Canon. Alpha Sigma Sigma 20:04, 18 May 2013 (PDT)

It is certainly canon that Xanatos SAID that the Magus wrote the story down, but is totally debatable whether the Magus actually did it or not. -- Matt 23:20, 18 May 2013 (PDT)
