Ishmael "Moby" Wong is a teenage bully who, alongside Dick Baha, attempted to terrorize Terry Chung, Billy and Susan Greene along with Gnash on Halloween in 1997. They didn't appear to be full members of the Quarrymen but wore their uniforms, albeit without hoods or helmets. They joined the Quarrymen for their rally, and were handed helmets and hammers, but were scared off by Susan and Billy. ("Trick-Or-Treat")

Production Background
On Voices from the Eyrie, Greg Weisman joked that the names of the two wanna-be Quarrymen were "Moby" and "Dick". [1] He later revealed the character's full name in an email correspondence.
