History
Brooklyn acquired the weapon during his TimeDancer adventures and it was still on him when he returned to Manhattan 1997. Later that year, Brooklyn used the laser-pistol to threaten Renqvist when attempting to free Goliath from the Rikers Island. He told the guard that the next shot might be fatal as he lacked depth perception. ("Phoenix", "Render Unto Caesar")
