Cyberbiotics Tower is a Cyberbiotics installation on an island in New York's bay.
History
The trio raided it to steal one of the disks there for Xanatos. ("Awakening Part Four") When Preston Vogel sabotaged Fortress Two for Fox, the airship nearly collided with the Cyberbiotics Tower, although Renard managed to prevent the collision.("Outfoxed")
