In Puck's illusion, the Sonar Collar was invented by Lexington and worn by the blinded Broadway.

Characteristics

The sonar collar allowed Broadway to glide across the city and sense buildings and other objects around him. It also had offensive capabilities such as when Broadway activated it to disrupt the cybernetic implants of the Thailog Shock Troops.
