Female Japanese Reporter

The female Japanese reporter works for a television station near Ishimura.

History

Along with the male Japanese reporter, she was invited by Taro to see the opening of his new amusement park, but really so they could see the Ishimura Clan. The reporters entered the amusement park after Yama had defeated Taro and left him in the arms of a giant animatronic gargoyle. Despite this embarrassment, Taro insisted that gargoyles existed. Elisa and Hiroshi contributed made up stories about gargoyles to destroy any credibility Taro had left. The female reporter told them that they watched too many cartoons and left laughing with the male reporter and their cameraman.

Characteristics

The female Japanese reporter did not like getting up early. Along with her native Japanese, she could also speak English.

The female Japanese reporter interviewed Matthew, an Amish boy in Pennsylvania. Since it was The Goliath Chronicles, it was probably just a model reuse than any true sense of continuity. It does add unintentional interesting subtext how she came to the United States and Vinnie went to Japan. (“A Bronx Tail”)
