French Clans
The French Clans were several clans of gargoyles that lived in France during ancient times.
History
Their protectorates (besides their own rookeries) and their connection (if any) to the local people are unknown. In 1138 AD Blaise Reynard told Demona and Angelika, who were residing in Vyones, France at the time, that in his youth the skies "teemed" with gargoyles. They had long been destroyed by humans though their role as protectors was remembered. ("For Not Everything With Wings...")
