Justin Shenkarow

Justin Moran Shenkarow (born October 17, 1980 in Torrance, California) is an American actor.

One of his more notable roles is Harold Berman on the Nickelodeon series Hey Arnold!, which included Anndi McAfee as Phoebe Heyerdahl, Adam Wylie as Curly, Kath Soucie as Miriam Pataki and Tress MacNeille as Grandma Gertie. Shenkarow reprised his role for the 2017 film, Hey Arnold: The Jungle Movie.
