Billy Greene is a small boy in New York, who was a great fan of the Pack.
History
He, his sister Susan, and their parents, briefly encountered Goliath and Lexington during their first battle with the Pack. Later on, their mother, joined the Quarrymen, out of fear of the gargoyles and what they might do to her children.
Billy went trick-or-treating with his sister and mother, and Terry Chung, on Halloween 1996, dressed as Jackal.
