Fulfillment Spell - A powerful magical spell, engraved upon the Medici Tablet.
History
Its function is to grant the wish of whoever casts it, although within certain limits. Demona used it to magically blend the CV-1000 Carrier Virus with the DI-7 detergent, producing a plague powerful enough to wipe out humanity. It apparently could only be cast on holy ground on the night of the Hunter's Moon, at least for that specific purpose.
